This brewery had a wonderful and truly huge selection of sours and dark beers, all crafted to the hilt with ingredients like earl grey tea, maple syrup, local coffee, or guava. There's very little beer here that doesn't have a food forward flavor. The location was clean and parking was easy. My only real complaint was that it was concert loud. Such interesting beer deserves conversation and the argument music was up so high you really couldn't converse. I'd like top try more of their beers, but the volume level may keep me from returning to this location.

Great place for sour beers if that's what you like. I really like their barrel aged stouts as well. The brewery has brewery tours and the staff is always friendly. The patrons are pretty cool and laid back.
