Called to track a package I accidentally put the wrong street address on and spoke with a guy named Keoni who was very rude. He first tried to tell me my tracking number was wrong, then proceeded to try and belittle me because this wasn't the only package that had the wrong address. I ordered 4 things at once and they came in separate packages, I can not control that. He asked for my address but not my name and hung up on me before I could ask if he needed my name. I of course called back to complain but Keoni says he is the supervisor. Very poor customer service on his end. If I could give zero stars I would. All I wanted was to make sure my package got to me.
